Atlas maintains a fleet of clean, modern tractor-trailers with all of the proper equipment including clean moving pads, logistic straps and decking bars to ensure safe transport of your valued possessions.

Your Atlas crew will take every possible precaution to ensure that your furniture arrives damage free at your new home.

Atlas' Operators Control Center coordinates and monitors the progress of your shipment and stays in constant touch with your van operator to ensure that your preferred scheduling is met.

Your van operator will call you a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery to make arrangements to meet at your new home. At this time, he will confirm the address and the amount of the C.O.D charges (unless your employer is being invoiced for your move). Arrangements to pay by Visa or Mastercard should be made prior to your shipment being loaded at origin. Your Atlas representative will have discussed this matter with you when they came to perform the visual survey.

Your van operator will also contact your local Atlas agent at destination to advise them of the delivery schedule and ensure they have made the necessary arrangements for any third party services (i.e appliance reconnection) or unpacking of Atlas packed cartons that has been requested.
